If you were in 8th through 12th grades during the 2023-2024 school year, you’ve come to the right place to get locked in for 22Forty’s High School Camp – CIY Move! Follow the steps below…

Fill out CIY Move’s Medical/Liability Release

Step 3

Fill out PGCC’s Medical/Liability Release. Be sure to fill out the right one!

Step 4

If you selected to white water raft with us, fill out OAR’s Medical/Liability Release

Step 5

Pay your final balance of $225 by June 1st!
